Participation  

I give​ Marieke Rosie full permission to coach/hypnotise me and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy/ SuperConscious Recode Method knowing that by participating fully in the process I play an important role in my overall success.   

Guarantee 

I understand that although Genius Success Coaching, SuperConscious Deep Recodes and Rapid Transformational Therapy have an incredibly high success rate, Marieke Rosie ​cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that ​Marieke Rosie has no ​control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself.  

Audio Recording(s) 

I understand that if a recording (or recordings) are made available to me ​Marieke Rosie ​retains full copyright over any forms of media that may be produced and distributed to me. 

Confidentiality  

By signing this form, I consent that Marieke Rosie will store the data as part of the reporting and documentation process. I declare to know that I can ask to delete them at any time.

* I also understand that, at any time, all discussed during coaching sessions is completely confidential, except for subjects that involve breaking the law. 

* I certify that I am over 18 

* I agree that I take full responsibility for myself and release you (Marieke Rosie/ Marieke Rosie Coaching & Consulting/ Genius Success Coaching), your business and your team from any damages resulting in my participation whatsoever, even if as a result of my, your, or their negligence.

* I understand that this work requires a level of emotional and psychological fitness, and that it’s on me to decide whether I’m up for that, and by registering my attendance, I certify that I am fit to participate.

* I understand that you (Marieke Rosie and Marieke Rosie Coaching & Consulting and Genius Success Coaching) reserve the right to exclude my access to any of your coaching programs at any point if you determine that my participation is not a good fit. 

* I understand that by sharing my login or any content from the online program platform or any sent files, audios etc by Marieke Rosie, I would be in breach of copyright and I would forfeit my access to the program and could be subject to legal action.
